CEO

As CEO, Nick's focus is to lead and support the executive team to deliver against the strategic goals of the company, and to continue to engage with customers and partners to ensure the alignment of Bell's strategy and customer requirements. Nick has held senior management and Board-level roles in many organisations including UK MD of 2e2, leaving in 2011, MD of Morse UK until acquired by 2e2, and MD of Delphis, a stand-alone division of Morse.

Manpreet Gill

Finance Director

Manpreet is an operational and strategically-focused CMA qualified Finance Director with more than 10 years experience in the IT services sector. As Finance Director, Manpreet is responsible for all financial controls of the business and has a strong track record in successful delivery of timely, accurate and relevant financial and management information supporting the business to maximise revenue and profit.

Graham Tavender

Delivery & Operations Director

Graham joined Bell Microsystems in May 2014 and has been focussed on ensuring the quality of delivery to our customers across Bell's professional services delivery portfolio. He is continuing to evolve our services and capabilities to align to our customer needs, as well as provide an environment for our employees to develop their skills aligned to a defined career pathway.

John Davenport

Sales Director

Through the proactive management and engagement of Bell’s sales team to facilitate solutions to a myriad of client challenges, John ensures his sales team meet and exceed Bell’s customer’s expectations.  In doing so John promotes not only client solutions, goal attainment, and successful outcomes, but also growth in individual and collective company performance.  In addition John is also actively involved in driving the strategic corporate direction for Bell, ensuring that the products and services it offers are in tight alignment with the needs of it’s customers.

As HR Director, Alex leads, enables and supports the development of our people culture, capabilities and capacity, focusing on resource and talent management, learning and development, employee engagement and employee relations.

Gordon McPhail

Sales Operations Director

With over 20 years’ experience in the IT sector Gordon has an understanding of customer needs and as Sales Operations Director, Gordon leads the teams that deliver high levels of support and efficiencies to our customers. Gordon has held senior positions reporting at board level for over 10 years including at BSG. Prior to joining Bell, Gordon was Operations Director at Morse PLC and Programme Director for Morse in Education.
