Bell Integration has been in the business of helping companies establish, maintain and grow their IT services since 1996. Our team of hardworking professionals delivers Bell Integration’s multiple services all over the world, and they do it with unmatched efficiency and enthusiasm.

We continue to grow and have over 550 permanent staff employed at our offices in London, Portsmouth, Wokingham, Krakow, Hyderabad, Singapore and within many of our customers’ sites.  Our heritage is in helping businesses to operate their critical technology in a more cost-effective manner, while improving effectiveness in areas such as customer engagement and operational responsiveness.

Today, our work centres on the four cornerstones of IT delivery – TRANSACT, TRANSFORM, RUN and RECYCLE. A full-service offering. Our business is proud to have won a plethora of awards and accolades, including listings in The Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200 and The Sunday Times Hiscox Tech Track 100, Oracle Linux EMEA Partner of the Year and ADISA Best ITAD award. Company founder, Alastair Bell, is well known for his entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen.

Timeline a brief history

  • 1996: Bell Microsystems established by Alastair Bell
  • 1998: Sun Microsystems accreditation achieved for datacentre products
  • 2000: HP and IBM datacentre accreditations achieved, reflecting an increasing breadth of service
  • 2002: Opened HQ at New Hampshire Court in Portsmouth
  • 2006: Opened logistics facilities at Voyager Park in Portsmouth in order to offer customers an end-to-end, secure IT Lifecycle Management service
  • 2009: ISO14001 achieved (Environmental Standards) to help identify and control Bell’s environmental impact and to constantly improve environmental performance
  • 2009: OHSAS18001 achieved (Health & Safety Management System) to create the best possible working conditions across the business and to demonstrate compliance to our customers and partners
  • 2009: ISO9001 achieved (Quality Management) to ensure that Bell’s products and services consistently meet customer requirements, and that quality is consistently improved
  • 2011: Established a Singapore office to service current customers in APAC as well as develop a regional customer base
  • 2011: Waste Carrier Licence granted to Bell for the collection, recycling, recovery and disposal of waste for our customers
  • 2012: Bell awarded Authorised Treatment Facility (ATF) status at our Voyager Park facility for the treatment of waste electrical and electronic wastes
  • Mid 2012: Nick Petheram joined as Managing Director to develop the corporate strategy to enhance Bell’s service offering to include resource services and consulting, in addition to our ITLM offering
  • End 2012: A new London office was opened to be closer to our expanding customer base, our partners and colleagues
  • Early 2013: Bell offered teams of colleagues and customers a new home post 2e2 entering into administration
  • Mid 2013: Alastair Bell moved into the role of Chairman and Nick Petheram became CEO to continue the growth of Bell through services
  • End 2013: Absorbed Hamilton Asset Management to cement our position in the provision of secure and compliant data destruction and asset management services
  • End 2013: Bell built its first 24-7 NOC in Portsmouth to service the burgeoning on- and off-site managed service demand
  • Early 2014: Bell offered former GlassHouse customers and colleagues a sensible and welcome home, which extended our advisory and transformation offering
  • Early 2014: Bell won Oracle Specialised Partner of the Year 2014 Award for Server and Storage Systems
  • Mid 2014: Achieved ADISA (Distinction) status for the provision of secure asset recovery and data services
  • Late 2016: Bell acquires The Portal Partnership Limited. Further expanding their IT service offering
  • Mid 2017: Bell acquires Hamilton Rentals. Enabling further growth of the businesses by extending the customer base and creating cross-selling opportunities
  • Late 2017: Bell opens Saxon House, a purpose built warehouse and engineering resource in Wokingham
  • Early 2018: Bell Integration wins ADISA Award for Best ITAD 2018
  • Mid 2018: Bell wins 2018 IBM Client Award for our ground-breaking work with Sportradar
  • Late 2018: Bell Integration is proud to have been recognised by Oracle as Linux EMEA Partner of the Year 2018
  • Late 2018: ISO27001 achieved (Security Management) to ensure that all the legal, physical and technical controls to manage information risk are in place
  • Mid 2019: Bell opens a new Singapore office to further extend our APAC coverage and service our existing customers
  • Early 2020: Bell opens an office in Krakow to provide additional capacity for our procurement management solution
  • Mid 2021: Bell opens Bay House a new Portsmouth office to further extend our managed service and service delivery capabilities
