Manpreet Gill

Chief Executive Officer

Manpreet assumed the role of CEO in 2020 and became Chief Financial Officer of Bell Procurement Management. Prior to this she was Bell SI’s Chief Financial Officer and has 13 years’ experience in the IT services sector.

As CEO, Manpreet is responsible for running all facets of the business, including all financial controls and has a strong track record in successful delivery of timely, accurate and relevant financial and management information supporting the business.

John Davenport

Sales Director

Through the proactive management and engagement of Bell’s sales team to facilitate solutions to a myriad of client challenges, John ensures his sales team meet and exceed Bell Integration’s customers’ expectations.  In doing so, John promotes not only client solutions, goal attainment, and successful outcomes, but also growth in individual and collective company performance.  In addition John is also actively involved in driving the strategic corporate direction for Bell, ensuring that the products and services it offers are in tight alignment with the needs of its customers.

Alex Kennedy

Human Resources Director

As HR Director, Alex is focused on building organisational capability and capacity through talent, performance management and engagement. Alex has over 20 years HR leadership multi-sector experience in technology, financial services, media and health. She has UK and international experience, and a track record in managing and facilitating organisational change. Alex promotes a collaborative, consultative, open and straightforward style of working.

Graham Tavender

Delivery & Operations Director

Graham joined Bell Integration in May 2014 and has been focused on ensuring the quality of delivery to our customers across Bell’s professional services delivery portfolio. He is continuing to evolve our services and capabilities to align to our customer needs, as well as provide an environment for our employees to develop their skills aligned to a defined career pathway.

Martin O’Connor

Business Development Director

Martin is an accomplished executive with over 20 years extensive experience in the technology industry, most recently as owner and CEO of Hamilton Rentals and previously, Executive Vice President at XTG Global. Martin joined Bell Integration following the acquisition of Hamilton Rentals in 2016, and now holds a key role of Business Development Director with a particular focus on extending and developing Bells Integration’s SI business

Stuart McMinn

Chief Technical Officer

Stuarts role as CTO is to drive innovation through the development of new services and propositions.

With over 20 years industry experience he helps Bell Integration to review and adopt new technologies, lead our partner and vendor strategy as well as to ensure our highly skilled Presales function is able to fully support sales and customer requirements to deliver our solutions.

Darren Beasant

Managed Services Director

Darren joined Bell in April 2019 and is accountable for our Managed Services business. With a relentless focus on evolving and transforming our service offerings and the value that we offer to our customers he has led a period of significant growth.

Prior to working at Bell Darren was CIO at Arqiva, the UK Broadcast and Infrastructure business, where he was accountable for their IT and Network estates and initiated a business wide transformation.

He began his career in utilities where he qualified as a management accountant, after which he spent c15 years in the telecoms industry where he held a number of senior leadership positions in Vodafone and more recently o2.
