Alastair Bell formed Bell Microsystems in 1996; becoming a Value Added Reseller in 1999 in the enterprise space delivering Sun, IBM and Cisco, alongside of its unique Asset and IT Lifecycle Management solutions to FTSE companies.
Alastair stepped down from operational management after 16 years as MD in 2012 and today enjoys starting up companies and not playing golf.
Nick Petheram serves as the Chairman of Bell integration, having been the CEO of Bell Integration for many years. Nick is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Nomia (formerly Bell Procurement Management) and brings extensive experience to his roles, leading procurement, and integration at Bell. Since assuming these positions in 2020 he has offered strategic support to Manpreet Gill the CEO of Bell integration, as Chairman and spent much of his time overseeing the procurement company.
He has held Senior Management and Board level roles in many organisations including 2E2 leaving in 2011 Morse, ICL and Veritas Software.
Manpreet is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience in the IT services sector. She joined Bell Integration as Finance Director in 2014 and assumed the role of CFO in 2019, before being appointed CEO in 2020.
Reporting to the Chairman, Manpreet is responsible for the development and implementation of Bell’s strategic plan and vision, including its organisational growth, financial and sustainability objectives.
