  • Jessie Recruitment Manager

    ​I am the Recruitment Manager and joined Bell in August 2017 as the only internal recruiter, I now manage a much larger team of 7 and have expanded our teams​ presence to India. Previously I had my own recruitment business recruiting in IT and Telecoms, I decided to join Bell to be part of ​ business with strong growth plans, but also focusing on my development as a manager and gaining insight and mentorship from​ the incredible people here at Bell.

    The main purpose of my role as Recruitment Manager for Bell Integration is to provide recruitment services for the SI business​ by ensuring a strategic blend of partner collaboration and direct recruitment capabilities. Delivering with efficiency, agility, high ​quality, and pace across all geographies and maintaining a transparent and consultative approach across all lines of business ​with a focus on continual service improvement.

  • Sophie Recruitment Operations Manager

    As the Recruitment Operations Manager at Bell, I work alongside the team to identify and implement service improvement opportunities across our day-to-day operations and recruitment tools.

    My focus remains on the logistics and execution of Bell’s candidate attraction and hiring process, giving candidates the confidence to be their true authentic self from the very first interaction.

  • Ciara Recruitment Coordinator

    As the Recruitment Coordinator, I lead Recruitment for Technical Services focusing on getting the right people in the roles who will contribute to Bell’s success.

    I manage pre-employment screening for any employees joining bell. I also manage our contractors, processing extensions and leavers in the business and support the wider team with reporting and keeping our internal vacancies site up to date.

  • Sam Senior Recruiter

    I am the Senior Recruiter here at Bell, looking after Consulting and Project Services workstreams, focusing on getting the best people in for the jobs. I also manage the direct recruitment team at Bell with a focus on driving the growth and profitability of the company.

    I help with targeting, prioritisation and growth as well as managing stake holders and working with business partners to ensure Bell brings on the best. I am passionate about helping Bell grow and develop as a leader within the wider market, through the recruitment of top tier candidates and re retention of our staff.

  • Joe Managed Services and Internal hiring

    I am responsible for our Managed Services and Internal hiring here at Bell and have been here for over 2 years. I have 7+ years of experience within Tech-Recruitment, focusing primarily on Development (Java, Scala, .Net, Javascript) DevOps + SRE, Support, Architecture, Service Desk, and a range of other roles within EMEA and North America.

    My approach to Recruitment has always been connecting the right people together, understanding the needs of both business and candidate, strong relationship building, open communication and transparency throughout the process. My focus is the continual growth within Bell, achieving our clients SLAs in a timely manner, consulting hiring managers on market info/trends and screening all potential candidates for the right opportunities at Bell.

    I am the Internal Sourcer here at Bell, with a focus on connecting with talented professionals that I am confident will be recognised as valued additions to our highly skilled workforce. Working with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, I am able to share insight into our live vacancies, as well as our forecasted hiring needs for our upcoming projects.

    I am passionate about supporting candidates in their development as professionals and strive to offer all individuals the best possible start to their Bell experience.
