From Cloud Migration to Cloud Value: Practical Modernisation and Secure Platform Foundations
Wednesday, 2nd December 2026 | 12:00 – 15:00
Cloud success is no longer measured by workloads migrated. It is measured by business value realised.
Many organisations have completed significant phases of their cloud journey, yet executive leaders continue to ask the same question:
Are we achieving the value we expected from our cloud investment? While cloud adoption has delivered agility and scalability, many organisations still face challenges around cost visibility, governance, resilience, and operational control. As cloud estates mature, the focus shifts from migration to optimisation, modernisation.
This roundtable discussion will explore where and how leaders can improve cost efficiency, governance, resilience and confidence in their cloud operating model to drive board-level confidence in cloud and operating model value.
Over a three-course meal at the renowned Ned, you’ll be sharing and hearing thoughts from your peers on:
- Cloud value realisation: Maximising cloud success in terms of value not just migration volume.
- Practical cloud modernisation: Prioritise, sequence and modernise where it matters most.
- Secure platform foundations: Ensuring identity, governance, resilience, observability and operational control.
