Rob Forde is a cyber security leader and solution expert with over 30 years’ experience spanning Security Software Vendors, MSSPs, and Tier 1 System Integrators. His career achievements include architecting and implementing secure solutions that protect Governments, Critical National Infrastructure, large, medium and small enterprises – ensuring that organisations from all sectors stay compliant and secure during evolution, transformation & growth phases. As Head of Security Services at Bell Integration, Rob leads the delivery of managed security and security advisory services that help organisations strengthen cyber resilience in the AI era. Previously, Rob held senior leadership roles at Avanade/Accenture, CyberProof, Trustwave, Dell SecureWorks and IBM. Known for combining strong technical depth with commercial insight, Rob brings a pragmatic, customer‑focused approach to solving complex security challenges at scale.
Shaun Fuller – Risk and Compliance Manager – Bell Integration
Shaun Fuller is a resilience and risk professional with over seven years of experience at Bell Integration, advising clients across multiple sectors on regulatory compliance, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery planning and management. Prior to Bell Integration, Shaun held senior leadership positions within financial services, gaining broad experience in IT Operations, data centre services, and compliance across the UK, Europe, and Asia. This international background has given him a strong understanding of complex regulatory landscapes, operational risk frameworks, and the resilience challenges faced by enterprises organisations. Shaun holds the Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certifications at Gold level, awarded by ISACA, reflecting his technical expertise and commitment to the highest standards of professional practice.
Arsalan Khan – Principal Consultant – Bell Integration
Arsalan Khan is a Principal Consultant and security subject matter expert at Bell Integration, with over 24 years of experience across cyber, cloud, network, and information security. He holds MSc and BSc degrees and certifications including CISSP, CCSP, CISA, and CCIE Security. Arsalan has led complex consulting engagements across Oil & Gas, Finance, Healthcare, and the Public Sector, helping organisations design secure, scalable architectures that strengthen resilience, support compliance, and align modern security with business goals.
Belal Asad – SOC Manager – Bell Integration
Belal Asad is a PhD-qualified security operations leader with over eight years’ experience spanning enterprise SOCs, managed security providers and cybersecurity consultancy. His work centres on applying AI to security operations at scale – building intelligence-led SOC models that combine Agentic AI, hyperautomation and SOAR orchestration to detect and contain threats at machine speed. As SOC Manager at Bell Integration, Belal influences the design and leads delivery of the company’s next-generation Adoptive SOC alongside 24/7 managed detection and response operations. He holds a PhD in AI-Driven Resilience from the University of Southampton, with published research on FCNN-based DDoS detection in virtualised IoT environments. Previously, Belal held roles at S&W, LRQA Nettitude and Capgemini. Known for turning advanced AI research into practical operational outcomes, he combines academic rigour with front-line SOC experience.
