Comprehensive AI Enablement

Strategic AI Skills to Scale and Sustain

Everyone’s had the AI briefing. Almost nobody can make the call.

Your leadership team has sat through the vendor demos. Someone’s run a proof of concept. There’s a slide deck somewhere with “agentic” on it.

And yet the same three things keep happening:

  • A project gets funded because the technology is impressive, not because the use case was worth solving.
  • Someone builds an agent for a task that needed a workflow rule and a bit of automation.
  • The whole thing quietly stops six months in, because the data underneath it was never in a fit state to support it.

None of those are technology failures. They’re judgement failures and judgement is the thing product training doesn’t give you. Vendor enablement teaches your people how to use a tool. It doesn’t teach them when not to.

That’s the gap our courses are built for.

What you’ll get

  • Full course outlines for all five programmes aims, duration, delivery mode, prerequisites and learning objectives
  • Guidance on who each course is for, so you can put the right people in the right room
  • How the courses sequence together, from foundations through to advanced implementation
  • Profiles of the consultants who deliver the training
  • How enablement fits into the wider AI journey, from strategy and discovery through to managed services

Five courses. One learning path.

AI Foundations for Business Leaders: 2 days The starting point for anyone new to AI. Core concepts through to machine learning, generative AI and the ethical questions that come with them, all framed around business outcomes rather than architecture. No programming experience needed.

Agentic AI Essentials (New): 2 days Follows an agentic system from idea to adoption. Day one covers what an agent actually is and when not to build one. Day two takes a project your delegates choose through data, scaling, security, cost and measurement. Participants leave able to challenge any agent proposal on total cost of ownership.

Data Readiness for AI (New): 1 day The course most organisations need before the other four. Covers quality, accessibility, governance, architecture, security and culture — plus a maturity assessment so teams can see where they actually sit and what to fix first. Available in person or virtually.

Conversational AI: Essentials: 2 days Design, implement and manage conversational AI: NLP, NLU, NLG and RAG, plus the user-centric design and evaluation practices that separate a useful assistant from a deflection metric nobody believes.

Conversational AI: Advanced Project Skills: 3 days For the people who have to ship it. Agile implementation, deployment at minimal downtime, performance optimisation and post-deployment maintenance. Built for conversational designers, implementation and integration engineers, project managers and technical architects.
